FREDERICK, Md.- Junior forward/midfielder
Debbie Wolfe scored two goals to lead the Arcadia University field hockey team to a 6-1 Commonwealth Conference win at Hood College Saturday morning.
The Knights improved to 12-5 overall and 5-1 in Commonwealth Conference play with the win. Arcadia can clinch a home playoff game with an Alvernia University loss this afternoon against Lebanon Valley College.
Wolfe opened the scoring in the sixth minute off of a rebound. She would score again in the ninth minute, again off of a rebound, for her team leading eighth goal.

Molly Goldstein scored off of a rebound in the 12th minute to give the Knights a 3-0 lead. Junior forward Tess Bryzezynski scored in the 32nd minute off of an assist from freshman forward
Lindsay Tobey to make the score 4-1 going into the half.

Rachel Longenecker scored in the 37th minute off of an assist from Bryzezynski, and senior midfielder
Morgan Paese closed the scoring in the 64th minute with an unassisted goal for the 6-1 final.
The Blazers (5-10, 0-6 CC) got their lone goal in the 22nd minute from sophomore forward Alexis Briscoe, who was sprung for a breakaway on a pass by sophomore midfielder Shelby Amspacher.

Brittany Hodson earned the win, making two saves in the first 60 minutes before being replaced by fellow sophomore
Mia De Plato. Hodson improved to 6-2 with the win.
The Knights return to action Tuesday when they travel to Annville to take on the Lebanon Valley College Dutchmen for the final Commonwealth Conference match of the season at 7 p.m.
