Complete Team ResultsWILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's swimming team split a pair of dual meets to start the New Year Saturday, defeating host King's College 143-53 and dropping a 105-99 decision to Messiah College. The Knights now own a 5-3 dual meet record this season.

Lam won the 200 backstroke in 2:06.80 and won the 400 IM with a time of 4:26.90, while senior
Alex Ganguzza placed third in the 400 IM (4:50.50) and fifth in the 200 backstroke (2:17.50). Graham posted a winning time of 2:03.69 in the 200 butterfly and later placed third in the 500 freestyle (5:09.81). Morano won the 500 and 1,000 freestyle events after touching the wall in respective times of 5:06.08 and 10:29.49.
Nicolescu registered a first-place finish in the 200 breaststroke with a winning time of 2:25.65, and placed sixth in the 100 freestyle (53.39), while Crane was the runner-up in the 100 and 200 freestyle with respective times of 51.01 seconds and 1:53.54.
Schellinger placed fifth in the 50 freestyle (24.00), edging out Battistelli and Andrew for sixth (24.06) and seventh-place (24.34), respectively. Tieleman placed fifth in the 200 freestyle (1:59.28), while sophomore William Nolter placed fifth in the 1,000 freestyle (11:40.62) and finished eighth in the 200 breaststroke (2:41.89).
Arcadia will next travel to Lycoming College next Saturday, January 17, for a 1 p.m. conference dual meet.
