GLENSIDE, Pa. – Senior
Haylee Molloy scored three goals with four assists for a game-high seven points to lead the Arcadia University women's lacrosse team to an 18-1 non-conference victory over visiting Rutgers-Camden Thursday afternoon at Easton Field. The Knights improved to 6-1 with the win, while the loss dropped the Scarlet Raptors to 1-5.
Junior Darn Faranetta scored four goals in the game, while sophomore
Erin Misner scored three goals with one assist while picking up four draw controls. Junior
Adeline Bellesheim had one goal with four assists in the game, while senior
Jaclyn Feffer netted two goals with one assist and four draw controls. Classmate
Sam Sidoriak also had a pair of goals in the game.
Junior
Jordyn Dunacusky earned the win in goal after recording three saves in the first half, improving her record to 5-1 this season. Sophomore
Brittany Hodson had a pair of saves in the second half.
Arcadia scored each of the first 12 goals in the game before sophomore Cecilia Gross scored with 1:07 left in the first half for Rutgers-Camden. Junior Holly Cusick assisted on the play.
The Knights will be back in action Sunday when they travel to Misericordia University for a 1 p.m. non-conference contest.
