DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's tennis team recorded an 8-1 Freedom Conference victory at Delaware Valley University Sunday, improving its record to 4-3 overall and 2-2 in conference play.
The Aggies had just three players available, meaning the match was decided before it began with DelVal having to forfeit second and third doubles as well as fourth through sixth singles.
Junior
Alex Colton earned a 6-0, 6-1 win over fellow junior Colin Evoy at No. 1 singles, while sophomore
Wesley Wei was a 6-1, 6-1 winner over freshman Alex Vo at No. 2 singles. Sophomore
Chuck Poklikuha shutout freshman Joseph Palacio at No. 3 singles.
The Knights will next host a non-conference contest against Cabrini College Monday.
