READING, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's tennis team continued conference play at Albright Tuesday afternoon, taking a 6-3 decision from the Lions. The Knights move to 8-8 on the season and 4-1 in conference play, Albright falls to 3-12 overall and 2-3 in the MAC Commonwealth.
The Scarlet and Grey took two out of three doubles matches with senior Vince Voulo and freshman
Ishan Kulkarni taking an 8-1 decision at second doubles and junior
Chuck Poklikuha and senior
Alex Colton winning 8-1 at third doubles.
Colton went on to take second singles in three sets winning 3-6, 6-4, 6-3. The Knights won flights four, five and six in singles play with junior
Wesley Wei and Poklikuha picking up 6-0, 6-0 wins at fourth and fifth singles and senior
Darren Stochmal taking sixth singles 6-2, 6-1.
The Knights return to the courts on Friday when they travel to Bryn Athyn for non-conference play at 4 p.m.
