GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's tennis team cruised to an 8-1 win over Penn College Saturday afternoon in the opening match of the fall portion of its 2017-18 schedule.

Jaime Zeng Zhu took down Garrett Benner and Joseph Morrin 8-2. Junior
John Zinzer and sophomore
Drake Hanak defeated Will Demarco and Stephen Helminiak 8-2 at No. 3.
SINGLES PLAY: All six matches in singles play were played as eight game pro-sets. Simeone claimed the win at No. 1 over Whitmire 8-1, while Rader did the same at No. 2 over Pascual. Zinzer battled Benner at No. 3, coming out with an 8-5 victory. Zeng Zhu shut out Morrin 8-0 at No. 4, while Hanak claimed an 8-2 win over Ethan Rosler at No. 5. Junior
Alex Post fell to Demarco 8-1 in the sixth flight.
UP NEXT: The Knights return to action next Saturday, September 23, when they travel to Penn State Abington.
