WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Arcadia men's tennis team opened the spring season with a 7-2 win over Lycoming. The Knights jumped out to a 2-0 lead following doubles play, before taking five of six singles matches.

FOR THE RECORD:

• The Scarlet and Grey own a 4-4 record on the year and a 1-0 mark in conference play.
• The Warriors are 4-8 overall, and 0-2 in the MAC Commonwealth.

WINNERS:

• Junior Keith Rader and sophomore Drake Hanak claimed No. 2 doubles, 8-3, over Zachary High and Alhoun Lundy.
• Juniors John Zinzer and Alex Post cruised to an 8-1 win over Duc Dang and Spencer Pedersen at No. 3 doubles.
• Freshman Nick Simeone downed Mitch Wheary 6-0, 6-2 at first singles.
• Hanak bested Lundy 6-0, 6-3 at third singles.
• Junior Jaime Zeng Zhu picked up a 6-2, 6-2 win over High at fourth singles.
• Zinzer shutout Pedersen 6-0, 6-0
• Post and Dang played a proset, with Post coming out on top 9-8 (7-3).
