GLENSIDE, Pa. – The No. 4 Arcadia men's tennis team (9-8, 4-3) is set to take on No. 1 Messiah (8-7, 7-0) in the MAC Commonwealth Championship Wednesday. The Knights played the Falcons on the opening round last year, falling 0-5.
In singles action, reigning MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year, sophomore
Nick Simeone leads the squad as the number one. In the two and three spots are junior
Keith Rader and sophomore
Drake Hanak, respectively. Rounding out the lineup are juniors
Jaime Zeng Zhu (#4),
John Zinzer (#5), and
Alex Post (#6).
In doubles play, the tag team of Simeone and Zeng Zhu lead the pack as number one. They're followed by Rader and Hanak (#2) and Zinzer and Post (#3).
Arcadia hosted the Falcons back on April 21, falling 1-8. The Knights are looking to give the Falcons a taste of their own medicine. First serve is set for 3:30 p.m.
