No. 4 Men’s Tennis Falls to No. 1 Messiah in the MAC Commonwealth Championships

GRANTHAM, Pa. – The No. 4 Arcadia men's tennis team fell to No.1 Messiah Wednesday afternoon, 1-5, in the MAC Commonwealth Championships.
 
FOR THE RECORD:
  • Arcadia evens out its record at 9-9.
  • Messiah moves to 9-7 overall.
ARCADIA WINNERS: CLOSE CALLS:
  • Arcadia fell in number one and three doubles. Sophomore Nick Simeone and junior Jaime Zeng Zhu battled but dropped the match, 2-8.
  • Juniors John Zinzer and Alex Post stumbled, 3-8.
  • The Scarlet and Grey were, 0-3 in singles, with three unfinished. Simeone dropped number one singles, 2-6, 1-6.
  • Hanak fell 1-6, 1-6 in number three singles.
  • Post battled in number six singles, but ultimately couldn't come out on top, 1-6, 3-6.
