GLENSIDE, Pa. -- The Arcadia women's tennis team cruised to an 8-1 win over Lycoming on Saturday afternoon at Weiss Courts.

The Knights (8-11, 2-4 MAC Commonwealth) won all three double matches for a 3-0 lead, then picked up wins in 5 of 6 singles matches, all in straight sets, to close out their season with a win.

Arcadia dropped just two games combined in posting wins at Nos. 3, 4 and 6 in a dominating performance.
Julia Paraboschi had the most hard-fought win of the day for AU, pulling out an 8-7 (7-5) win over Hannah Summerson and Julia Nagle at No. 1.
Zoe Foglia and
Casey Boldt won 8-3 at No. 2, and
Emily Cruz-Pineda and
Maeghan Myers picked up an 8-1 win at No. 3.

In singles, Foglia and Cruz-Pineda each posted 6-0, 6-0 wins at Nos. 3 and 4, respectively, while Myers cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 at No. 6. Paraboschi had little trouble at No. 2, posting a 6-2, 6-3 victory and Boldt came through with a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 5.

With the win, the Knights have now wrapped up their 2018-19 campaign.
