WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's tennis program concluded play at the two-day MAC Individual Championships this weekend as
Josh Noble,
Elias Duthinh, and
Francis Tamesis all reached the quarterfinal round of their respective singles ladders. The duo of Duthinh and
Luke Thatcher also won their opening round match in the second doubles bracket with a tiebreak victory to advance to the quarterfinals to highlight the weekend for the Knights.
DOUBLES RESULTS

Jonathan Noble and
Josh Noble fell in the opening round of the first doubles ladder to second-seeded FDU-Florham, 3-8.

Luke Thatcher and
Elias Duthinh came up with a huge victory in the opening round of the second doubles bracket, defeating second-seeded Wilkes in a tiebreak, 8-7 (8-6). The duo's run came to an end in the quarterfinals in a 2-8 loss to Stevenson.

Francis Tamesis and
Matthew Nagy reached the quarterfinals with a dominant 8-0 win over Eastern in the third doubles first round, but fell in the quarterfinals to second-seeded Wilkes, 3-8.

David Cassel and
Ryan Salmon fell to Messiah in the fourth doubles bracket opener, 1-8.
SINGLES RESULTS

Jonathan Noble fell in the first round of the first singles ladder to second-seeded Wilkes, 0-4, 2-4.
-Duthinh was defeated in the second singles bracket by Lebanon Valley, 0-4, 0-4.

Josh Noble came away with a 4-3 (8-6), 4-3 (8-2) victory in a lengthy match against his Misericordia counterpart to reach the quarterfinals, where he ultimately fell to top-seeded Stevens, 0-4, 0-4.
-Tamesis also reached the quarterfinals in the fourth singles bracket with a 4-2, 4-0 win over Albright before falling in the following round to top-ranked Stevens, 1-4, 0-4.
-Nagy won the opening match of the fifth singles ladder with a 4-0, 4-3 (7-5) victory over Albright. The first-year came up short in his bid to reach the semifinals, falling to Lebanon Valley, 2-4, 2-4.
-Thatcher was defeated in the opening round of the sixth singles bracket by FDU-Florham, 0-4, 1-4.
-Cassel lost his first round match in the seventh singles bracket to Wilkes, 0-4, 1-4.
