COLMAR, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's ice hockey team completed the weekend sweep of Neumann, after defeating the Knights 3-0 on Saturday night at Hatfield Ice Arena. This is Arcadia's third consecutive victory.
Goaltender Sophia Szelag made 26 saves en route to her second shutout victory of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The first period was even between the two teams. Neumann just edged the Knights in shots on goal, 10-9.

No goals were scored in the second period. Arcadia was aggressive on the offensive end, out shooting Neumann 18-7 in the middle frame.

Arcadia scored three goals in the third period. Bridgit Terry got the Knights on the board, scoring a power play goal. Brooklyn Hendrickson scored the second goal for the Knights and Morganne Dee added the third goal for the Knights, which also came on the power play.
