Box Score GLENSIDE - Two goals in the span of 20 seconds turned a one-goal deficit into an advantage as the Arcadia University women's soccer team defeated Lycoming College 3-2 in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play at Jean Lenox West Field on Saturday evening.
Angela Rosenberger,
Taylor Gubler, and
Abby Stephens were the three goal scorers for the Knights.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Rosenberger opened the scoring in the 13th minute with an unassisted goal.
-The Warriors got on the board with goals in the 51st and 54th minutes to take the lead.
-Gubler tied the score in the 73rd minute with an assist from
Amanda Thaler.
-Stephens notched the game winner 20 seconds later when she lifted a shot over Lycoming's keeper.
