GLENSIDE - Jalen Watkins poured in 20 points and 10 rebounds to help lift the Arcadia University men's basketball team to a 68-53 win over Cabrini University in non-conference action from Alumni Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon.
Dom Vazquez added 13 points and six assists while
Justin Money netted 12 points and six rebounds.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Watkins and
Cole Walker hit back-to-pack buckets to give the Knights an early 4-0 lead.
-Trailing 7-5 with 15:26 on the clock, Arcadia used a 7-2 run to take a 12-7 lead with 13:28 left in the first half.
-The Knights entered the halftime break with a 30-26 advantage.
-Arcadia began the second half on a 4-0 run, grabbing a 34-26 lead with just over three minutes completed.
-In all, the Knights outscored Cabrini 38-27 in the second half to earn the victory.
