GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University men's basketball team fell by a 53-51 final to Delaware Valley University in Middle Atlantic Conference Freeodm (MAC Freedom) action inside Alumni Gymnasium on Wednesday evening. Jalen Watkins led all scorers with 19 points and 16 rebounds while Justin Money added 10 points.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Neither team could find its scoring stroke as Delaware Valley held a 5-4 lead at 13:35 of the first half.

-After the Aggies took an 8-4 lead, the Knights got a jumper from Dom Vazquez, a dunk from Watkins to tie the score with 9:36 on the clock, and two free throws from Vazquez to take a 10-8 lead with 8:45 on the clock.

-Arcadia held a 25-24 lead with just over a minute remaining but Delaware Valley got the last basket of the half with the Knights trailing 26-25 going into halftime.

-Neither team was able to take more than a three-point lead before a late 5-0 run gave the Aggies a 53-48 lead with 3:51 left remaining in the contest.

-The Knights cut the deficit with a Joshua Okochoa free throw and a Watkins layup, but Arcadia was unable to sink a late three-pointer at the buzzer after both teams traded turnovers.
