WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's tennis program completed competition at the 2022 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Individual Championship, hosted by King's College and Wilkes University on Saturday.
SINGLES RESULTS
- At No. 1 singles,
Savannah Falk won in the first round matchup against DeSales' Morgan Landau 6-0, 6-3 before falling to fourth-seeded Elsa Ostermarker of York 1-6, 1-6 in the quarterfinals.
- At No. 2 singles, Kate Wyszkowski fell in her first round match against Nyah Tomlinson from DeSales, 0-6, 1-6.
- At No. 3 singles, Gertride Jeack beat Alvernia's Liz Danovich 6-1, 7-5. She then fell 2-6, 1-6, in the quarterfinals against third-seeded Polina Odintseva from Stevens.
- At No. 4 singles, Link Bertrand went to overtime with Stevenson's Mackenzie Dicke, before falling 6-4, 1-6, 8-10.
- At No. 5 singles, Emma Chobert fell to Sarah Lanpher of Lycoming 1-6, 0-6.
DOUBLES RESULTS
- At No. 1 doubles, Wyszkowski and Falk fell to Alvernia 2-8.
- At No. 2 doubles, Jeack and Bertrand were defeated by DeSales 2-8.
- At No. 3 doubles, Chobert and Sammie Neilbloom fell to Stevenson 2-8.
