GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University women's basketball team topped Lycoming College in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play on Saturday afternoon by a 63-54 final inside Alumni Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon.
Hanna Rhoades led the team with 15 points while
Scarlett Glasser-Nehls and
Delaney Bell all finished in double-figures.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Arcadia started the game on an 11-0 run through the first five minutes.
-Lycoming ended the first quarter on a 7-3 run as the initial 10 minutes ended with Knights ahead 14-7.
-Arcadia outscored the Warriors 17-11, entering the break with a 31-18 advantage.
-Lycoming outpaced the Knights 36-32 in the second half, but Arcadia was held on for the comfortable victory.
