DALLAS, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's swim team dropped a heartbreaker to Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) competition Misericordia University 128-133 on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- 200-yd medley relay of
Julia Stephens,
Risa Krauss,
Ava Despeaux, and
Mikayla Scardino won the first event of the day with a time of 1:54.18.
- Stephens also earned herself two individual wins in the 100-yd backstroke (1:01.63) and the 100-yd freestyle (56.17). She dropped .31 seconds in the 100-yd backstroke for a season best time.
- Krauss touched the wall first in the 100-yd breaststroke with a time of 1:10.40 earning the Knights 9 points.
- Scardino won the 50-yd freestyle with a time of 25.92, beating her opponents out by .61 seconds.

Grace Brooks earned Arcadia 9 points in the the 200-yd backstroke (2:15.46) touching the wall over three seconds before the rest of the heat.

Kayleigh Kennedy debuted in the 200-yd butterfly and finished second with a time of 2:28.64.
- 200-yd freestyle relay of Brooks,
Gigi Brown,
Hannah Daniels, and Stephens won with a time of 1:45.10. This win brought the point deficit within only 5 after Misericordia clinched the win in the previous event.
