GLENSIDE - Madison Toyama's eighth minute tally was the difference as the Arcadia University women's soccer team moved closer to securing a spot in the 2023 Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Tournament with a 1-0 win over Lebanon Valley College at Jean Lenox West Field on Wednesday evening.
With the win, the Knights hold the No. 3 spot in the standings going into the final weekend with the tiebreaker over the only team that can catch them.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Toyama took a through ball from
Angela Rosenberger and put the shot into the lower left corner to give Arcadia a lead it wouldn'y relinquish.
-The Knights were pinned in their own end for the first 15 minutes of the second half, but the back line held strong and was able to withstand the push.

Abby Fuchs stopped two shots for Arcadia.
