HOBOKEN, N.J. - In a game filled with excitement from start to finish, the No. 4 Arcadia University field hockey team fell by a 1-0 final in overtime at top-seeded Stevens in the semifinals of the 2023 Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Tournament on Wednesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Kayla Serafin came inches from giving the Knights an early lead when she lined a shot off the post in the third minute.
-Stevens controlled play for most of regulation, but Arcadia's defense held solid as regulation ended in a scoreless tie.

Morganne Dee came inches from victory in the 63rd minute when her shot was stopped on the goal line by a Ducks defender.
-Dee had a second opportunity in the 65th minute on a mini-breakaway that was stopped by the goalkeeper with the follow up shot going just wide.
-Stevens scored the game-winner off a penalty corner in the 66th minute.

Anna Doblovosky was sensational in the cage, setting a new career-high with nine saves.
