WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's ice hockey team used three, third period goals to take down Wilkes, 5-3, to pick up a United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) win on Saturday afternoon.
The Knights improved to 5-2 on the year and 4-2 in conference play.
Arcadia had five different goal scorers in the win as
Charlotte Siksik,
Haylee Kos,
Ariel Williamson,
Berklee Hibbard and
Phoebe Roberts all had a score in the game. Siksik's goal was the first of her career.
Jo Coates made 22 saves in Arcadia's win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Siksik gave the Knights the lead just over three minutes into the game. Wilkes tied the game at one halfway through the opening period, but Kos scored with under two minutes left in the first frame to give Arcadia a 2-1 lead heading into the intermission.
- Wilkes scored the lone goal of the second period to tie the game at two.
- Williamson and Hibbard scored less than a minute apart from each other to give Arcadia a 4-2 lead in the third period. Wilkes got within a goal late in the final period, but Roberts scored into an empty net to seal the Knights' 5-3 win.
