ASTON, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's ice hockey team opening United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) play with a 3-1 win over Neumann on Friday night.
The Knights are now 2-0 on the season.
Haylee Kos had three points on a goal and two assists.
Berklee Hibbard and
Abbi Komrofske also scored for the Knights.
Sophia Szelag got her first action of the season between the pipes for Arcadia and made 17 saves.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After a scoreless first period, the Knights struck for two goals in the second. Hibbard opened the scoring and Komrofske doubled Arcadia's lead just under four minutes later.
- Kos gave the Knights a 3-0 lead with a power play goal. Neumann added a goal on the power play in the final period, but Arcadia went on to win the game.
