GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's tennis team beat Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom competition King's College (Pa) 7-2 in Friday afternoon's match.
All three doubles got the job done and four of the six singles pulled away with wins to earn the Knights their third consecutive win.
SINGLES RESULTS
- At No. 1 singles, Savannah Falk fell to her opponent 3-6, 0-6.
- At No. 2 singles, Karolina Iordache dropped her sets 2-6, 3-6.
- At No. 3 singles, Kate Wyszkowski beat her opponent 7-7 (7-2), 6-5.
- At No. 4 singles, Gertride Jeack won 6-2, 6-2.
- At No. 5 singles, Link Bertrand beat their opponent 7-6 (7-1), 6-3.
- At No. 6 singles, Leah Hatcher played to a 6-0, 6-2 win.
DOUBLES RESULTS
- At No. 1 doubles, Falk/Iordache beat their opponents 8-4.
- At No. 2 doubles, Hatcher/Wyszkowski won 8-4.
- At No. 3 doubles, Jeack / Bridgit Terry beat their opponents 8-1.
