NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Arcadia University men's volleyball team fell to Hunter in five sets on Wednesday night.
The Knights are now 1-1 on the year.
Danny Gonzalez had a double-double, tallying a team-high 24 kills and 10 digs.
Riley Kodidek dished out 41 assists for Arcadia.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Set 1: Arcadia 25, Hunter 21:
A tight opening frame saw the set tied at 15 apiece. With the frame tied at 19, the Knights closed on a 6-2 run to take a 1-0 lead in the match.
Set 2: Arcadia 25, Hunter 22:
The Knights jumped out to a 14-8 lead in the set, but Hunter went on a 4-0 run to cut its deficit to 14-12. Hunter continued to fight back, getting within a point at 22-21, but Arcadia took three of the final four points of the frame to take a 2-0 lead in the match.
Set 3: Hunter 25, Arcadia 18:
After Arcadia took the first point of the set, Hunter went on an 8-2 run to take an early lead. Hunter grew its lead to 21-11 and fended off a late Arcadia run to force a fourth set in the match.
Set 4: Hunter 25, Arcadia 18
A back and forth start to the fourth set saw Hunter take an 11-10 lead. It then went on a 10-1 run to take a 21-11 lead. Hunter went on to win the set and force a winner take all fifth frame.
Set 5: Hunter 15, Arcadia 9
Hunter took the first two points of the frame, but the Knights won the next three points to take the lead. Hunter then took the next four points, taking a 7-3 lead. Arcadia got within two points in the set, but that's the closest they got as Hunter took the set and the match.
