MADISON, N.J. - Jalen Watkins and
Nas Johnson each finished with 20 points to lead the Arcadia University men's basketball team to a 75-62 win over FDU-Florham in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play on Wednesday evening.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia moved its win streak to four, standing at 12-6 overall and 5-2 in conference play.
-FDU-Florham fell to 3-15 and 0-7, respectively.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-The game started slowly with the Knights getting the first points from a
Joshua Okocha free throw at the 16:31 mark.
-Arcadia trailed 20-16 before finishing the first half with an 11-0 streak, leading 27-20 at the break.
-FDU-Florham cut the Knights lead to 37-35 with 15 minutes remaining.
-Arcadia went on a 17-5 run to open the lead to 54-40 with 9:23 on the clock.
-The Knights lead never fell below double-digits as they cruised to the victory.
