CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's basketball team suffered its first defeat of the 2023-24 season, falling by a 74-36 final at No. 22 DeSales in its Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) opener on Wednesday evening.
