Box Score WORCESTER, Mass. – The Arcadia University women's ice hockey opened its season with a bang as it topped Worcester State by a final score of 4-2.
Karahkwenhawe White led the Knights with two goals. Kianna Saillant and Phoebe Roberts each had a goal of their own.
Hannah Bergeron made 32 saves in net for the Knights for their first victory of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights opened the scoring just over five minutes into the game as Saillant scored her first goal of the season.
- A minute later Roberts was able to notch her first goal of the season, making it a 2-0 lead early in the first period.
- Worcester State was able to knock in a goal at the 10 minute mark in the second period, however White was able to respond less than a minute later to keep a two goal lead.
- The Lancers were able to come within one nearing the end of the third period, but once again, White was able to respond a minute later, pulling away 4-2.
