WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Arcadia University men's ice hockey team defeated Franklin Pierce 3-2 to get their first win of the season on Saturday evening. 

Jude Cole scored two goals in this contest. Drew Iannucci had the go ahead goal for the Knights.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Knights started off the first period with a goal in the 13th minute by Cole.
• Franklin Pierce was able to open the scoring in the second period in the fourth minute locking the game at 1-1. 
• Franklin Pierce was able to get a quick goal to start the third period and take the lead 2-1.
• The Knights responded with two goals within three minutes of each other to take the 3-2 lead.
