COLMAR, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's ice hockey defeated Hood 3-1 on Friday evening in their home opener.
Carys Jelley scored her first career goal in this contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights opened the scoring in the fourth minute of play with a goal from first year, Jelley.
- Karahkwenhawe White made the score 2-0 three minutes into the second period.
- The Blazers were able to score a goal off a power play, 16 minutes into the second period, to cut the Knights lead in half.
- Haylee Kos responded with 41 seconds remaining in the second period and made it 3-1.
