COLMAR, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's ice hockey team tied Cortland on Sunday afternoon.
The score read 5-5 at the end of overtime before the Dragons were able to capture the the shootout.
The Knights move to 8-1-1 and 6-0-0 in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights dominated the first period scoring three goals and holding Cortland to zero.
- Karahkwenhawe White notched a goal in the opening three minutes of play.
- Bridgit Terry made the lead 2-0 on a power play.
- In the last two minutes of the first period, Phoebe Roberts extended their lead to 3-0.
- The second period started with Cortland scoring two quick goals for them to only be trailing by one.
- Haylee Kos responded 30 seconds later to the Dragons goal and brought the Knights lead back to two.
- Cortland was able to tie the game at four in the midst of the third period.
- Abbi Komrofske took advantage of the Knight's power play and took the lead for Arcadia at 5-4.
- The Dragons were able to collect a goal a couple seconds later and tie the game at five.
- In overtime, Hannah Bergeron made seven saves.
- Cortland went 2-3 in the shootout, where Arcadia went 1-3.
