GLENSIDE - A 36-20 halftime deficit was too much to overcome as the Arcadia University women's basketball team fell by a 70-55 final in non-conference play to Widener University inside Alumni Gymnasium on Wednesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Widener began the contest on a 6-1 run.

-Arcadia trailed 19-9 at the end of the first quarter.

-The Knights were unable to cut into the deficit, facing a 16-point Pride advantage at halftime.
