GLENSIDE – The Arcadia University men's and women's swim program is set to take part in the 2024 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships on Thursday, February 15^th through Sunday, February 18^th.
 
The championships meet will be held at the Graham Aquatic Center in York, Pa and will consist of eight sessions, four prelims and four finals.
 
The men's team is 3-2 in conference in the 2023-24 season and 6-2 overall. Arcadia took second at the 2023 MAC Championships, and was voted fourth in this season's Pre-Championship Coaches' Poll. Dylan Alexander is currently second in the MAC in the mile freestyle, and both 200-yd and 400-yd freestyle and medley relay squads have the fourth best time in the conference.
 
The women are 3-2 in conference in the 2023-24 season and 6-3 overall. Arcadia took fourth at the 2023 MAC Championships and was also voted fourth in the 2024 Pre-Championship Coaches' Poll. Senior Julia Stephens has the top time in the MAC in the 100-yd and 200-yd freestyle events as well as the 50-yd and 100-yd backstrokes. Grace Brooks is sitting at second in the conference in the 200-yd backstroke after winning gold in this event last season. Arcadia's 200-yd and 400-yd freestyle and 400-yd medley relays each currently top the conference.
 
Fans must pre-purchase tickets online in advance and provide the barcode upon entry. No tickets will be sold at the venue. Session tickets are available for $10 (adults) and $6 (students) while supplies last. A student ID will be required to be shown for student tickets. There is no re-entry.
