BALTIMORE, Md. – The Arcadia University baseball team used a walk-off wild pitch to down No. 3 Baldwin Wallace, 5-4, in 10 innings on Saturday afternoon at Johns Hopkins in non-conference action.

-Arcadia improved to 2-0 with the win.
-Baldwin Wallace fell to 1-1.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Yellow Jackets opened the scoring with two runs in the top of the first.
-Arcadia responded in its half of the first when
Matt Donchez launched a solo home run.
-
Justin Massielo tied the score in the bottom of the fourth with a single to left center scoring
Tommy Ajjan.
-The Knights took their first lead in the bottom of the seventh when
Anthony Bruno lined a one-out single to right bringing home
Solomon Griffith.
-Ajjan increased the lead one batter later with a run-scoring groundout knocking in Donchez.
-Baldwin Wallace knitted the score in the top of the eighth.
-Arcadia finished off the wild win in the bottom of the tenth when Ajjan came in to score on a wild pitch in the dirt with two outs and the bases loaded.

Cam Nebel earned his first win, allowing no runs across 2.1 innings with four strikeouts.
-
Hunter Curley started on the mound for the Knights, allowing two runs on five hits through 5.0 innings with four strikeouts and two walks.
