ST. DAVIS, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's lacrosse team earns its first win of the 2024 season with a 14-3 win over non-conference opponent Eastern University on Saturday afternoon.
This is head coach
Adrienne Carr's first win as the leader of the Knights.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Eastern struck first with a goal by Morgan Wallace, but less than a minute later
Sarah Morris answered with a goal of her own to tie things up 1-1.
- Eastern scored another goal in the first quarter, before the Knights scored three unanswered goals by Morris,
Olivia Poley, and
Gianna DiNofa to end the first.
- Arcadia scored the only three goals in the second quarter including another from DiNofa and Morris, as well as one from
Tessa O'Donnell.

Juliane Calalo led off the third quarter scoring which then was followed by four more unanswered Knight goals.
- O'Donnell and Calalo put up the final two goals for Arcadia in the fourth before Eastern added one more to their score in the last four minutes of the match-up.
