WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's tennis topped King's College (Pa.) 6-3 to earn its first conference win on Sunday afternoon.
The Knights move to 5-2 overall and 1-1 in conference.
SINGLES RESULTS
- At No 1 singles,
Savannah Falk beat her opponent 6-3, 6-3.
- At No. 2 singles,
Kate Wyszkowski won her first set 6-2, lost the second 4-6, then dropped the tie breaker 7-10.
- At No. 3 singles,
Leah Hatcher beat her opponent 7-5, 6-1.
- At No. 4 singles,
Bella Bauman won 6-1, 7-5.
- At No. 5 singles,
Bridgit Terry topped her opponent 7-5, 6-2.
- At No. 6 singles,
Jaelyn DaSilva fell 4-6, 4-6.
DOUBLES RESULTS
- At No. 1 doubles, Falk and Wyszkowski dropped their match 5-8.
- At No 2 doubles, Hatcher and Bauman beat their opponents 8-3.
- At No. 3 doubles, DaSilva and Terry won 8-4.
