GLENSIDE - A last-second three pointer just missed in the waning seconds as the Arcadia University men's basketball team dropped a heartbreaker to Lebanon Valley 72-70 in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play inside Alumni Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon.

-The Knights fell to 8-9 overall and 3-3 in league games.
-Lebanon Valley improved to 9-8 and 3-3, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Lebanon Valley jumped out to a 7-2 lead through the first 2:30.
-Arcadia trailed 27-16 with four minutes until halftime, but a 9-2 stretch over the remainder closed the gap to 29-25 heading into the break.

Joshua Okocha layup and
Josh Parks three-pointer gave the Knights their first lead a minute into the second.
-Arcadia held a 34-31 lead before a 8-0 run gave LVC the lead back at 39-34 with five minutes gone.
-The Knights faced a 58-45 deficit with seven minutes left in the game.
-Trailing 72-69 with 19 seconds left after an Okocha layup, Arcadia forced a turnover before the Flying Dutchmen could get across half court, but Okocha was only able to sink one-of-two free throws.Â
-The Knights forced another turnover to regain possession with 10 seconds left, but a three-pointer from
Jamison Lynam was just off the mark as the buzzer sounded.Â
