PHILADELPHIA/CHESTER, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's indoor track and field team competed in the Widener Winter Evening Invite on Friday and Saturday night. Friday night's events were held at the Jane and David Ott Center on the University of Pennsylvania's campus, and Saturday's competitions were held on Widener's campus.
The Knights broke the 4x400m relay and pole vault program records.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Matthew Schutz broke his own program pole vault record with a new career high of 4.10m. He broke the record by .05m.
- The 4x400 relay squad of
Wesley Castelli,
Ryan Anderson,
Ramses Valera and
Jey Brown broke the program record by 2.08 seconds with a new time of 3:31.00.

Micah Bullock had his collegiate debut in the 400m and recorded a time of 53.64.

Jacob Covage (2:06.11) and
Landon Gentile-Adamson (2:15.91) had their collegiate debuts in the 800m.

Miles Daniels competed in the 60m dash (7.31) and the long jump (6.16m).

Ben Williamson recorded personal best times in both the 800m (2:17.83) and in the mile (4:43.63).

The Knights return to action on Friday, January 31st as they head to Bucknell for the Bison Open and Multi. The meet begins at 4:30pm.
