COLMAR, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's ice hockey team tied Lebanon Valley in conference play.
The score read 2-2 at the end of overtime before the Knights captured the extra point in the shootout.

-Arcadia moved to 4-4-1, 2-4-1 (MAC).
-Lebanon Valley moved to 3-7-1, 3-3-1 (MAC).

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Arcadia generated early pressure with two shots from Chris Benkovitz.
-The Knights gained momentum off of the penalty kill where Nate McFarlane rang one of the pipe but could not convert.
-Ryan Burgess made four saves in this first 90 seconds of the second period.
-The Dutchmen took a 1-0 lead.
-In the middle of the period, Lebanon Valley was able to take its lead to two.
-The Knights cut their deficit in half after Cody Mastay found the back of the net nearing the end of the second period.
-Midway through the third period, Arcadia's Jude Cole tied the game at two.
-Lebanon Valley pressured immediately after the tying goal, but Burgess stood strong in goal.
-Both teams had good looks in overtime but could not convert.
-Brendan Dicker scored the final goal in the shootout to gain the extra point for the Knights.
