HOBOKEN, N.J. - The Arcadia University men's basketball team handed Stevens Institute of Technology its first Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) loss of the season, taking down the Ducks 66-63 on the road on Wednesday evening.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia improved to 10-10 overall and 5-4 in conference.
-Stevens fell to 16-4 and 8-1, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-After Stevens began the game with a 4-0 run, the Knights responded with a 14-0 run to take a 10 point lead with 13:31 on the clock.
-The Ducks used a 12-2 stretch to cut the lead to 18-16 with 8:38 to go until halftime.
-Arcadia held a 36-35 lead going into the break.
-Stevens began the second with a 6-2 run but the Knights hit back with back-to-back threes from
Jamison Lynam and
Joshua Okocha on a 6-0 stretch.
-Arcadia pushed its lead to 51-42 with 14 minutes remaining but the Ducks wouldn't go away, responding with a 13-4 sprint to tie the score at 55 with eight minutes left.
-The Knights went 8-for-12 from the free throw line to close the game to hold on for the victory.
