SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's indoor track and field team competed in the Susquehanna Friday Night Showdown on Friday evening.

The Knights had two more Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) championship meet qualifying performances and broke two school records.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The 4x200m relay of
Isabella Marcinkiewicz,
Izzy Kowalski, Emma Caley LeTersky and
Kate Smilovic came in first place and broke the program record with a time of 1:52.13.

Mia Fleming finish first in the triple jump with a career best and program record breaking distance of 11.36m. She beat out second place by .13m and is currently 27
th in the country in triple jump.
- Marcinkiewicz recorded a personal record (PR) time in the 60m dash by .9 seconds (8.34).
- Kowalski also earned a career best long jump distance of 4.99m for a fourth-place finish.

Paige Agnew recorded a PR 60m time of 8.65 seconds, dropping .15 from her previous best.

Maren Weaver (11:31.47) and
Sarah Heffernan (12:48.79) had their collegiate debuts in the 3k.

Sarah Agnew earned herself two career bests in the 200m (31.84) and high jump (1.27m).

Addison Altoft ran the 60m dash in 8.74 seconds and the 200m in 29.27 seconds for two PRs.

Tia Leister dropped 12.69 seconds for a new career best 3k time of 11:39.35.

Seanna Robinson had her collegiate debuts in the 200m (31.90) and weight throw (9.95m).

Olivia Schott ran the 60m hurdled in 10.56 seconds for a new career best time.

Gianna Sube recorded a PR in the 800m with a time of 2:41.97.
