AMBLER - Trailing 8-0, the Arcadia University baseball team scored 10 unanswered, including eight in the bottom of the eighth, to defeat Rutgers-Newark 10-8 in non-conference play at Skip Wilson Field on Tuesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Rutgers-Newark scored four runs in the top of the first, three in the fourth, and one in the fifth.

Jake Hendershot got the Knights on the board with a triple in the bottom of the fifth that scored
Joshua Agriesti, coming around on a throwing error on the relay.

Anthony Bruno had the big hit in the eight-run eighth, flipping a two-rin single to right that plated
Noah Stennett and
Gabe Diaz to give the Knights their first lead.

Sean Ahrens earned his first career win, tossing two scoreless innings of relief with two strikeouts.

Gabe Marshall earned the save, retiring the side in order in the ninth.
