GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's volleyball team fell to No. 7 Messiah 0-3 (11-25, 14-25, 15-27) on Saturday afternoon in Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) play.

-Messiah moved to 23-2, 7-1 (MAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED

SET ONE: ARCADIA 11, MESSIAH 25

-The Knights fell behind early in this set.

-In the middle of the frame, a block from Ellis Vasquez and Josh Clendening scored its second straight point.

-The Falcons took set one.

SET TWO: ARCADIA 14, MESSIAH 25

-Messiah went on a run to start this set.

-A service ace from Arcadia's Riley Kodidek led the Knights to four straight.

-The Falcons secured the last two points to collect set two.

SET THREE: ARCADIA 15, MESSIAH 25

-Each team traded points to begin. 

-In the middle of the frame, a kill from Cameron Birch cut the Knights deficit to two.

-Messiah battled for the last point to take the sweep.
