GLENSIDE – The Arcadia University women's lacrosse team beat Middle Atlantic Freedom (MAC Freedom) opponent FDU-Florham 13-9 on Saturday afternoon.
Prior to the game Arcadia Athletics honored the seven women's lacrosse seniors playing in their final season;

Olivia Poley,
Gianna DiNofa,
Morganne Dee,
Emily Ruggiero,
Karina Maksym, and
Emily Griffith.
Mackenzie Clark recorded a career high 6 goals on the day.

- Arcadia improved to 7-5, 1-1 in conference.
- FDU-Florham fell to 2-6, 0-2 in conference.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Scoring was tied 3-3 in the first quarter with Knight goals from Clark,
Jaylee Killgore (assisted by Dee), and Dee (assisted by Poley).
- Clark and Killgore each put up another goal in the second, along with two goals from the Devils, making it 5-5 at the half.
- Poley and Clark scored within a minute of each other to start the second half with a 7-5 lead.
- The Devils answered back with a goal, before Arcadia found the back of the net three unanswered times with Clark, Poley and DiNofa goals.
- The final Knight goal in the third was from Clark, making the score 11-8 heading into the final 15 minutes of play.
- Clark scored her sixth and final goal of the day with 11:36 left in the game, before
Thea O'Connor got on the board with a goal of her own.
- FDU-Florham only scored once more in the fourth for a final score of 13-9.
- Goalkeeper Griffith improved to 7-5 with 11 saves on the day.
