YORK, Pa – The Arcadia University women's outdoor track and field team competed in seven events on two one of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship Meet hosted by York College on Friday.
The Knights broke four program records on the day and had three podium finishes.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Tia Leister earned fifth place in the 3000m steeplechase event with a time of 12:21.46.

Olivia Schott finished seventh overall in the heptathlon (3169 points). She also competed in long jump where she broke the program record with a distance of 5.18m.

Donya Baxter earned seventh place with a 35.73m mark in the discus throw.

Emma Mae Jones earner herself a .4 personal record with her eighth-place finish in the 100m dash prelims with a program record breaking time of 12.85.

Grace Curnow set a new program record as she finished first in the 800m prelims with a time of 2:18.00.

Delaney McGarry recorded a time of 1:14.63 in the 400m hurdles.

Destiny Barnett (13.22) and
Isabella Marcinkiewicz (13.28) competed in the 100m.
- The 4x100m relay squad of Jones, Marcinkiewicz,
Izzy Kowalski, and Barnett are currently in fifth place after prelims with a time of 50.01. This time broke the previous school record by .80 seconds.
- Kowalski also recorded a time of 17.65 in the 100m hurdles and a distance of 5.11 in the long jump.

Ella Henritzy threw a discus throw distance of 28.86.

Paige Masonheimer recorded a 4.59m mark in the long jump.
- Barnett also competed in the 200m (26.99).
