WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's tennis team opened their fall 2025 season this weekend as they competed in the annual King's Fall Invitational.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Competing in the No. 1 singles bracket,
Jada Young fell to Misericordia, 3-6, 0-6.
-
Jaelyn DaSilva fell in a tight No. 2 singles battle against Elizabethtown, 8-6.
-In the No. 3 singles spot, Jessie Friel was defeated by Scranton, 8-0.
-At No. 4 singles, Kaylee Higgins dropped her match to Rutgers, 6-0, 6-0.
-Nicole Scannapecio fell in the No. 5 singles spot to Misericordia.
-Michelle Planita battled in the No. 6 singles bracket, falling to King's in a tight 8-7 match.
-Competing in the No. 7 singles bracket, Milagro Duran fell to Rutgers, 3-6, 3-6.
