UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's indoor track and field team competed Friday evening at the Penn State Tune-Up inside Horace Ashenfelter III Indoor Track, turning in several strong performances against a competitive Division I, II and III field.
The Knights were led on the track by a strong showing in the 400 meter dash, while also adding solid performances in the field events as the indoor season nears championship competition.
HOW IT HAPPENED – TRACK EVENTS
-Wesley Castelli paced Arcadia in the 400 meters with a time of 52.89.
-Bryan Carroll rounded out the Knights' 400 meter group with a 53.23 performance.
-Dylan Chauhan represented Arcadia in the 800 meters, finishing in 2:03.48.
HOW IT HAPPENED – FIELD EVENTS
-Matthew Schutz led the Knights in the pole vault, clearing 4.00 meters.
-Jaden Abreu added a 5.91-meter mark in the long jump.

The Knights will look to build on these performances as they prepare for the championship portion of the indoor season next weekend at the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships.
