Sarah Obuchowski finished her third season as an assistant coach for the Arcadia women’s lacrosse team in 2020.

The 2020 season was cut short due to the MAC's cancellation of spring sports on March 16, 2020, but the Knights compiled a 2-4 record to open the season highlighted by victories over Immaculata in the season-opener and Elizabethtown.

During her first season on the staff, the Knights returned to the MAC Commonwealth Championship Tournament for the first time since 2015 as the number four seed. Shannon Ryan was named the MAC Commonwealth Player of the Year and Arcadia's second-ever IWLCA All-Region selection, while three players were named to all-conference team in 2018.

Obuchowski is a former player for the women’s lacrosse team. During her four seasons in the Scarlet & Grey, she totaled 66 ground balls, 27 caused turnovers and 24 draw controls. She was also named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll in 2015 and 2016.

Along with coaching, Obuchowski is currently the Head E&I Teaching Assistant as well as a Graduate Research Assistant.

Obuchowski earned her bachelor of arts degree in biology in May of 2017 and is currently pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy from Arcadia.
