2023-24: Swam a lifetime best in the 500-yd free (5:38.80)... Swam a seaosn best in the 100-yd breaststroke (1:07.72) at Misericordia Cougar Invitational.

2022-23: Finished in seventh place with a season best time of 1:08.75 in the 100-yd breaststroke at the MAC Championships (Feb 9-12)... touched the wall second in the 100-yd breaststroke (1:14.83) against Widener (1/21)... recorded at least a top four finish in the 100-yd breaststroke in each of the team's regular season meets that she competed in this race. 

2021-22: Named to MAC Honor Roll... Earned a bronze medal at the 2022 MAC Championship Meet in the 100-yd breaststroke event (1:07.42)... Finished 1st place in both the 100-yd breast and 200-yd brest events in meet against Widener... Raced to at least one 1st place finish in each of the team's regular season meets. 

2021: Became the women's swimming program's first-ever David B. Eavenson Award winner, honoring the MAC Swimmer of the Year ... Earned three individual medals in the 2021 MAC Championship Meet - including gold in both the 100-yd and 200-yd breaststroke events with conference and championship meet record times - while scoring a second-best 91 overall points in the meet ... Krauss was the only swimmer in the championship meet to set a conference record ... Also set Lenox Pool and program records along with an NCAA 'B' Cut time in the 100-yd and 200-yd breaststroke ... Named an Academic All-MAC selection ... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Competed in four years of swimming at B. Reed Henderson High School… Led her team to the Chesmont Championship in 2019 and 2020… Qualified for PIAA District-1 in all four years…  Was a three-time PIAA state qualifier… Selected a YMCA national finalist in the 50 breaststroke.
