Oliver Moe enters his fifth year at Arcadia and first as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete Success and Leadership in 2025-26
Moe currently serves as the Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee (ADID), the advisor of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and is one of the Knights of Color Leadership Council (KCLC) Advisors. Moe serves on the ADID Committee, the Access, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (AEDI) Liaison, and participated in the NCAA Effective Facilitation Workshop in the Summer of 2022.
Moe arrived in Glenside following a two-year stint with the Cooper Athletics Leadership Program at Georgetown University where he was part of the inauguralÂ
McLendon Minority Leadership Initiative cohort, a coach-driven program designed to create access and opportunity for minorities with demonstrated leadership potential in college athletics. The Bronx, N.Y. native was named a 'Future Leader' through the McLendon Minority Leadership Initiative in September 2020.
Moe also served as a graduate assistant with the Student-Athlete Academic Support staff while at Georgetown, providing counseling and advising services for the Hoyas' men's lacrosse program.
Prior to his time at Georgetown, Moe attended Colgate University where he was a four-year member of the Raiders' NCAA Division I Track & Field program and served as a team captain during the 2018-19 season. He was also a Raiders of Color Connect Ambassador, an organization that developed programming for student-athletes of color to enhance the experience of the Colgate community. Additionally, Moe was the Patriot League male representative at the 2017 NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum.
Moe graduated from Colgate with a bachelor's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and Asian Studies in May 2019 before earning his Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown in August 2020.
