Glenside, PA (October 20, 2012) - The Arcadia University Knights opened up their 2012-13 season this afternoon with a 170-81 loss to the Hood College Blazers this afternoon in Lenox Pool. The Knights swam well with four first place finishes. Arcadia will return to action November 3rd when they host Elizabethtown for a 1pm meet.

Freshman Timothy Graham, swimming in his first collegeiate meet won his first event, taking the 200 butterfly in a time of 2:08.99. Graham followed that up by winning the 200 IM in a time of 2:11.40.

Other winners for the Knights were Oliver McCormick in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 11:27.28 and Alex Ganguzza in the 100 butterfly with a time of 59.09.
